DISTRICT 112 NEWS
On July 1, 2026, The North (112) and South (72) Districts will realign to reform a single national District.
As District 72 was here first, the realigned structure will take that number. This realignment focuses on building stronger support structures, so clubs receive more consistent leadership and service over time.
This does not affect what you do in your club.
As they become clearer, details will be published on this homepage. Details of changes that affect only District 112 before June 30 will appear here; changes affecting the realigned District 72 from July 1 will be published on the D72 Realignment Transition Page.
In the coming months you may hear the terms District Realignment and District Alignment. They are not the same.
District Realignment refers to the merging of districts and the setting of district boundaries.
District Alignment is a district-level process that focuses on how clubs are aligned into areas and divisions within the newly realigned district.
District 112 Transitional calendar
The current calendar software licence expired in early March, 2026. To cover the period to July 1, a “transitional” calendar will be used. The main change is how suggested events will be processed. The transitional calendar will come into effect on February 27, 2026, using the existing “member link”.
You can find a short summary of changes by following this link. Please note events from 1 July 2026 will not appear on this calendar.
